See our current open positions.Position: Deposit Processing SpecialistLocation: Wichita, KSRemote Status: On-SiteJob Id: 4461# of Openings: 1Position Opening: Deposit Processing SpecialistDepartment: Deposit OperationsResponsibilities and Expectations OperationsProcess daily proof work to include Remote Deposit CaptureAssist bank staff and customers with deposit-related questions and issuesProcess chargeback and return filesProcess incoming and outgoing cash lettersProcess all exceptions and clear daily editProcess Lockbox paymentsProcess Foreign check itemsPrint and process all chargeback and return noticesBack up other Deposit Operations duties as requested.Bank Compliance, Regulations and Internal ControlsFollow established Deposit Operations policies and proceduresFollow established internal control policiesFollow established compliance polices, responsibilities including but not limited to Equity Bank Business Ethic and Conduct policy, Bank Secrecy Act, Information Security, and Suspicious Activity reporting requirements.Perform other duties as assigned or required.Required Skills & Education 1-3 Years banking experienceExcellent interpersonal skills and professional mannerComputer skills, especially the ability to work in Windows based systemsThis above statements are intended to generally describe the nature and level of work to be performed by most people assigned to this job.
