To look after urgent production issues and make sure these are resolved well within the SLA guidelines. Key modules handled - Order Management, Shipment Process and Demand Planning
Providing immediate solution for Production Issues.
Assessing the information needs of the users and validating them.
Gathering of requirements from client for solving problem tickets.
To fix pending bug fixes and gather the necessary information required to implement the same in production.
Working on coordinating with offshore team to bring down the backlog.
To lead the weekly meeting with Client for sharing weekly status.
To assist development team for follow up and client interactions.
Providing Business Knowledge to other team members.
Documentation for new business functionality
Qualifications
General ERP knowledge to the point of being able to work with various technical and functional resources on mappings, processes, interfaces, etc.
Technical knowledge of database/file schemas and ability to understand and write SQL queries.
Ability to understand Client's capabilities for integration and incorporate into design.
Knowledge of standard tools used for integration design and support (file editors, sql editors, some unix scripting, terminal emulators, file transfer tools, etc).
Ability to work with various technical resources and teams that include job scheduling, ETL, DBAs, ERP development resources.
Enough knowledge and understanding of a specific ERP to quickly learn what is needed and translate to both work with other systems and align with strategies used by the other ERPs.
