that is one of the world's largest manufacturers of aerostructures for commercial airplanes, defense platforms, and business/regional jets. With expertise in aluminum and advanced composite manufacturing solutions, the company's core products include fuselages, integrated wings and wing components, pylons, and nacelles.

Essential Functions:Assemble, install, seal, rig, and inspect structural and system components following blueprints, work instructions, and engineering specificationsPerform functional testing to ensure proper fit, form, and function of assemblies and componentsInterpret technical documents including prints, charts, sketches, and electronic work instructionsUtilize shop mathematics and precision measuring tools to complete assignments accuratelyOperate and use assembly tooling to build sub-assemblies and final assembliesVerify all work meets quality standards and identify/report discrepancies per proceduresMaintain equipment and ensure tools are properly certified and in compliancePerform basic preventive maintenance on machines and equipment (filters, lubrication, etc.)Move materials and products within the work area using appropriate equipmentWork within established schedules to support production goalsSupport continuous workflow by assisting and training team membersCross-train in inspection processes and work toward SIA qualification
