Chilis - - Responsibilities: Act as the right-hand person to the General Manager, filling in for the GM in all functions while the GM is out of the building; Support restaurant operations and conditions to ensure quality of product and customer service; Assist in hiring, terminations, promotions, and raises decisions for personnel; Provide training and mentorship to managers and shift leaders and give timely feedback; Maintain monthly maintenance checklist and inventory reconciliation within budgetary guidelines
