Twin Peaks - - Responsibilities: Lead restaurant operations and staff development at a high-volume Twin Peaks; Coach front-line staff including kitchen crew and Twin Peaks Girls; Ensure Steps of Service are followed and provide PEAKS service to every table; Manage cash handling, including assigning drawers and bank deposits; Recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls that meet audition guidelines; Maintain organized training schedules and development programs for new employees
