Title: Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Pay: $23.25/hr on W2!

Shift : 8:00am - 4:30pm (May require OT or slight shift in hours)

Location : Wichita, KS 67209

Duration: 12 months Contract with potential extension

Citizenship : US Citizenship required

Job Description:

This position requires someone that will be dependable and reliable. This person will be shipping Avionics equipment that is shipped into our facility. We need a safety minded individual that will be able to lift <50 lbs. & use a box knife to open boxes, sort paperwork, and stage carts for co-workers in the process flow.

Job Responsibilities
• Verify outgoing shipments accuracy, identify discrepancies.
• Monitor own output and quality of the work to ensure alignment with organizations standard. This person will be working with expensive repaired equipment and must handle units as such.
• With moderate supervision demonstrate ability to use tools, systems, procedures and processes.
• May perform and assist with special projects, as required.
• May perform restocking of supplies by using company vehicle from warehouse, so organization skills are a must.
• Coordinate holidays, extra hours, shift changes.
• Validate and capture the reported defects.

Qualifications/Experience Needed:

- Candidates must be US Citizens

- HS diploma or GED required

- Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- SAP experience would be preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience using SAP or other ERP system.
• Prior experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
