Description:

Friends University is seeking to fill the Coordinator of Residential Development - Upper-class position in Wichita Kansas. This position is responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and developmental educational opportunities within residential communities. Responsibilities will include* Assisting in the selection, training, supervision, and evaluation of multiple resident assistants and senior resident assistants. This includes on-going mentoring and supervision throughout the academic year.* Develop, organize, and plan educational and social programs for residents - independently and in coordination with other residence life staff* Provide support, counsel, and referrals to residential students, including responding to early alert reports, intervention in crisis situations and mediation.* Serves as a member of the "after hours" emergency response rotation.
