Leadership role with direct impact on quality systems and production Opportunity to step into a “second-in-command” position within Quality Highly collaborative environment across production, engineering, and leadership Stable company with consistent workflow and growth Early schedule with strong work-life balance Job Details Leadership & Oversight Supervise Quality Inspectors and support daily production needs Act as second-in-command within the Quality organization Drive performance, accountability, and development of the quality team Quality Systems & Compliance Maintain and improve Quality Systems aligned with ISO9001 & AS9100 Serve as SOP Administrator (create, revise, maintain procedures) Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement Investigate root causes of defects and customer complaints Implement corrective actions and track outcomes Utilize quality tools (control charts, cause/effect, flow charts, etc.) Operations & Coordination Partner with production to meet deadlines and quality standards Manage customer returns and maintain complaint records Coordinate with external labs for testing and validation Support new product launches and qualification processes Must-Haves 5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment Prior leadership or supervisory experience Strong blueprint reading skills (GD&T knowledge required) Experience with ISO9001 and/or AS9100 standards Hands-on experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions Experience using core quality tools and methodologies Nice-to-Have Aerospace, textiles, or fabrication manufacturing background Experience supporting new product launches Exposure to external audits and vendor quality coordination Schedule Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM Fridays as needed Interested in hearing more?
