Responsible for serving food and beverage to guests at events, such as conferences, receptions and/or weddings. Will also assist with setup and tear-down of the event space. Essential Functions: Pre-event set-up: Arrange tables and chairs based on the floor plan. Set up beverage station and buffet. Place linens, silverware, and table presets, if required. Replenish buffet and drink station as needed. Serve a plated meal when required. Clear dishes between courses and as guests complete their meal. Keep event space and restrooms clean during event. Will advise the Event Manager of any complaints as soon as they occur. Performs side work, such as refilling salt & pepper shakers and sugar caddies. Assists with post-event clean-up and tear-down. Completes all duties assigned by the Event Manager. Follows all Meridian Center policies and procedures....Event, Server, Restaurant
