Overview

We are seeking a visionary Engineering and AI Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions across our design, manufacturing, and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the development of AI/ML solutions for predictive maintenance, digital twin modeling, quality inspection automation, and supply chain optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and data science teams to integrate AI into CAD/CAE, PLM, and MES systems.
• Evaluate and select AI platforms, tools, and frameworks suitable for aerospace applications.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards in AI solution design.
• Drive innovation through PoCs, pilots, and scalable deployments.
• Mentor cross-functional teams on AI best practices and solution architecture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience architecting AI/ML solutions in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Strong knowledge of Python, frameworks for building and training Machine learning and Deep Learning and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with aerospace design and manufacturing tools (e.g., CATIA, Siemens NX, Teamcenter).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with digital twin and simulation technologies.
• Knowledge of edge AI, IoT, and real-time data processing.
