Manpower - - Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems to ensure facilities meet applicable standards; Travel between multiple facilities to ensure proper operation and functionality; Maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment through cleaning, inspection, calibration, and replacement of parts to ensure optimal performance; Record equipment readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation; Monitor the quality and cost of maintenance work performed by external contractors
