Learning & Development Training Inspector (On behalf of a client)You are here:On behalf of a client, an established organization in Cyprus offering training and development schemes, we invite applications from hard‑working and ambitious professionals to apply for the position of Learning & Development Training Inspector in Ammochostos.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCarry out on site and remote inspections of training programs.Monitor and assess the implementation of the predefined scope and objectives of training programs.Ensure that trainings reach the specified quality standards.Prepare assessment reports regarding the implementation of the training programs.Provide information regarding obligations of the trainer and/or training body.RequirementsBachelor's degree or university diploma or master's degree or equivalent qualification in any field of study.Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAC) or corresponding professional association will be considered an advantage.At least 2 years of relevant experience.Very good communication skills in Greek and good communication skills in English, based on the Public Service Commission's framework.Computer literacy, with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.Attention to detail and overall organizational skills.Driver's license holder.Application ProcessIf you are interested, please submit your interest by completing the online application here .Only successful candidates will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
