Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager – Construction to oversee multiple commercial projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing retail, restaurant, and convenience store builds with shorter timelines.

Duties

• Manage 4–5 projects simultaneously (ground-up and remodels)
• Oversee subcontractors and coordinate with Superintendents and internal teams
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Conduct site visits and manage schedules, budgets, and documentation

Experience

• Strong commercial construction Project Management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Experience in retail, QSR, or convenience store construction
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, short-duration project environment
• Prior leadership experience managing teams and subcontractors

Travel Requirements

• Travel across multiple states as needed (typically up to 3–4 nights)
• Local projects allow for same-day travel
