Waste Connections - - Responsibilities: Safely operate a garbage truck on assigned routes to collect solid waste; Read route sheets and service each customer identified on the sheet or by the dispatcher; Perform routine inspection and maintenance on vehicles (fluids, safety equipment, tires); Load and unload and operate with heavy physical effort; Operate hydraulic hand controls to lift/load refuse and dispose of trash at facilities
