We are seeking a talented and creative Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about upscale continental cuisine, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and is committed to excellence in quality, presentation, and teamwork.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising kitchen staff during prep and service.
- Contributing ideas for menu updates, seasonal features, and daily specials.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Upholding all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Ensuring efficient ticket times and workflow during peak hours.
- Helping manage food costs, inventory control, and supply orders.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment.
