SBM Management Services - - Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for painting (ie: remove old paint, fill holes and cracks, smooth surfaces, clean surfaces with mildew remover); Take precautionary measures to protect other surfaces (ie: remove fixtures, lay drop cloths, tape baseboards and door frames); Select premixed paint or mix paint to match specified colors; Apply paint with brushes, spray gun or rollers; Create various textured effects (ie: wood grain, marble, etc)
