Job Description
Recognized for fostering safe working conditions, utilizing the best equipment, and nurturing an enjoyable work culture, our client is seeking to hire a qualified Shop Manager for their growing operations! The ideal candidate will have 3+ yearsof experience as a Shop Manager for heavy equipment and mechanics that work in demolition, excavation, underground utilities, roads/heavy highway, or water treatment construction projects. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Plans, coordinates, organizes, oversees, and directs activities regarding Heavy Equipment repair and maintenance
- Manage a team of Mechanics
- Coordinate and perform Warranty work
- Review invoices, budget, and labor
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years of experience as a Shop Manager for Heavy Civil Equipment and Mechanics
- Experience working on Heavy Equipment used for Heavy Civil Construction
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong leadership and organization skills
- Mechanically inclined individuals
WHAT YOU'LL EARN:
- A base salary of $80,000-$140,000 based on your experience!
