Ascension - - - Responsibilities: Monitor and communicate need for security services throughout assigned area(s).; Manage and respond to calls and/or alarms and initiates immediate response.; Coordinate and/or dispatch staff in response to requests for service.; Monitor the activities of persons on the premises by way of surveillance systems and communications.; May be responsible and accountable for hiring, training, supervision and performance appraisals of security shift employees.
