Adecco is recruiting for a Mailroom Customer Service position in Wichita, KS. This position is temporary but could go permanent based on client need.
$15-$17 per hour DOE
M-F, 8am to 5pm
Position Summary:
Responsible for handling internal and external mail operations.
Duties Include:
Understanding customer satisfaction
Having a great customer service - friendly and approachable when speaking with customers
Wrapping, sealing, weighing, affixing postage and dispatching all outgoing mail/packages
Prepare overnight items and special outgoing inter-office pouches
Accurately sort incoming mail
Gather and presort mail and prepare for delivery
Mail runs inside facility to mailstops
Replenish supplies at mailstops and keep mailstops clean
Assist with special projects
Keeping mailroom clean and tidy
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Prior experience with a mailroom preferred
Ability to lift and carry 20lbs frequently and up to 50lbs unassisted occasionally
Ability to push mail cart over 50lbs
Twisting, turning, squatting, bending reaching, and prolonged periods of sitting, standing or walking
May occasionally climb stairs
Excellent customer service
Ability to follow verbal and written directions to perform job

Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
