Job Details

Oversees all phases of facilities modification, expansion, and construction projects from initial planning through completion. Ensures projects outcomes are delivered on time, in scope, and on budget. Forecast and Report Project Budgetary Cash Flows on a Monthly basis. Identify & Report budgetary risks & opportunities in order to meet Company AOP. Know construction terminology and addendum. Ensure Supplier invoices are received, approved, and paid on time per contractual agreements. Prepares conceptual, and detailed drawings with use of AutoCAD. Create work statement and Purchase Request for architectural and engineering requirements. Reviews and approves architectural and engineering blueprints. Oversees construction activities, including participating in negotiations, working with contractors and site personnel, allocating resources, and obtaining required permits from municipal, state and government agencies.
