As a lead process consultant , you'll represent our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) division within our control group at an enterprise level, helping shape and guide the integration of new acquisitions. This is a Progressive - wide program dedicated to building industry - leading, scalable, and repeatable acquisition integration capabilities. In this position, you ' ll initiate, design, lead, and implement improvements to both new and existing business processes . This work will span employee and c ustomer experience s and business outcomes. You ' ll also serve as a strategic thought partner working across CRM .
