Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate daily with the superintendent to complete residential construction tasks.
  • Install high-end iron entry doors and other finish components.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional worksite.
  • Operate power tools and handle materials safely.
  • Travel occasionally for out-of-town projects (including a few overnight stays).
  • Lift and carry materials weighing up to 200 pounds.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of residential construction experience required.
  • Valid driver's license (required).
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read blueprints (preferred but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
