Position Opening: Deposit Services Specialist

Responsibilities and Expectations Key Responsibilities - Conduct internal reviews of consumer and business deposit accounts to ensure accurate coding, proper documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Document exceptions and collaborate with branch locations to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Process account maintenance requests from customers and branch personnel.
- Provide knowledgeable support to bank locations regarding deposit account questions.
- Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.
- Adhere to all bank policies, including the Business Ethics and Conduct Policy and Bank Secrecy Act requirements, and complete all required compliance training.
Required Skills & Education Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze information, investigate issues, and drive resolution
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally
Preferred - 2+ years of banking experience
