divh2Banquet Setup Team Member/h2pThe Banquet Setup Team Member is responsible for preparing and resetting event spaces according to event requirements, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and equipment. This role supports the smooth execution of meetings, banquets, and special events by ensuring rooms are set up accurately, safely, and on time./ppThis position may also require assisting as a server during events that include meals, providing food and beverage service to guests as needed./ppTeam members must be reliable, punctual, and respectful to both guests and fellow staff at all times. A professional attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are essential. Other duties may be assigned./pulliSets up and tears down meeting and banquet rooms as prescribed on the function sheets./liliOrganizes and cleans banquet storage, audiovisual area, linen storage shelves and the pop/beer cage./liliCleans the beer cooler, back kitchen, banquet bars and liquor storage rooms. Assists in keeping the property clean inside and out as assigned./liliAssists kitchen and banquet wait-staff in serving banquets./liliSets up and serves meeting/banquet breaks./liliPerforms light maintenance tasks as needed./liliDrives company vehicles to pick up or deliver./liliVacuums meeting and banquet rooms./liliReplaces light bulbs in meeting rooms./li/ulpKHC Policies:/ppResponsible for following all KHC policies and procedures as set forth in the KHC handbook and property specific guidelines/standards. These policies include dress code, safety and performance standards.
