We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army's Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. This position is onsite in Wichita, Kansas. The work shift is Monday through Thursday reporting at 6:00am to 4:30pm.
As an aircraft assembler, you will be responsible for working on and around the fuselage for the FLRAA aircraft. Responsible for structural or mechanical assembled parts on aircraft, while keeping proficient records of the aircraft completion status daily. Perform most of the assembly operations on all parts of the aircraft as well as fixture and bench assembly operations, to include drilling, deburring, and installing fasteners on a combination of metal and composite components.
