🛠 CNC Machinist - Day Shift

Location: Derby/S Wichita, KS Pay: $22-$26/hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• MUST HAVE G-Code Mastery: Read, write, and modify G-code programs for both lathe and mill operations
• MUST KNOW Lathe Setup & Breakdown: Independently set up, break down, and troubleshoot CNC lathes
• Mill & Lathe Operation: Operate CNC mills and lathes with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Quality Control: Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure adherence to specifications
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to optimize workflow

Requirements:

• Tenure: Several years of hands-on experience with CNC mill and lathe operations
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of G-code programming and machine setup
• Attention to Detail: Ability to read blueprints and maintain tight tolerances
• Dependability: Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and quality
