This role works from either the Tulsa or Wichita office, 8:00am5:00pm Monday through Friday with occasional evenings and weekends. Travel up to 5% of time is expected. The coordinator reports to the Chief Operating Officer and provides transactional support for finance, operations, and administrative functions across the Region.
Education: High School or equivalent required; associates degree in Accounting, Business, or Public Administration preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of financial or facilities administrative support in community or nonprofit settings, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills & Abilities: Teamwork, planning, prioritization, attention to detail, strong interpersonal relations, MS Office proficiency
Travel: Required throughout the Region.
