Job Description:
Support a high-impact, cross-functional Agile team by bridging business needs with technical execution in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product, UX, Dev, and QE teams to ensure clarity on business goals
• Partner with SMEs and facilitate cohort-based initiatives
• Capture and package business feedback for dev team execution
• Apply Lean methodology to improve efficiency
• Define and track OKRs with leadership
• Maintain clear documentation and communication with all stakeholders

• Must-Haves:
  
  • 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
  • Familiarity with Miro, Slack, or Jira
• Nice-to-Haves:
  
  • Scrum certification
  • Experience with cohort-based testing or learning programs
