Role: ServiceNow Product Owner

Location: Remote

Job Description: The Technical Product Owner works with the Product, Project, and Business teams to ensure requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification. The Product Owner possesses sound foundational knowledge of the ServiceNow's technical capabilities as well as the ability to communicate technical functionality to business users and vice versa. They will work with the development team to ensure alignment with best practices and business strategy. The qualified Product Owner will oversee the development of features from start to finish to ensure they meet the business stakeholders' needs and preferences.

Mandatory skills:

• Overall experience in a Product Owner role for various ServiceNow products such as BCM, Secops, GRC, Custom applications.
• BCM & SecOps implementation, best practices , road map , adoption, and integration of WSD with related ServiceNow Applications such as ITSM etc.
• 10+ years in a ServiceNow-related role. Presales accreditations preferred

• Managing the vision for the project team's product
• Maintaining a project road map for the product based on this vision
• Acts as a liaison between the business and the product team
• Understands stakeholder's business processes and anticipate their needs
• Collaborating with prospective users and stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
• Ensure the Development team and business stakeholders have a shared understanding of the requested features and desired business values and outcomes
• Captures business and user requirements and creates corresponding User Stories
• Ensures requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification
• Represents project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes
• Create and manage product releases
• Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on product progress at each stage of the process
• Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
• Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
• Works with stakeholders to drive adoption
