• How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate?: Minimum five (5) years' experience in human resources, finance, or business operations, including at least 2 years working on compensation projects or activities.
• Specific Systems Knowledge Required: Excel and Microsoft 365 programs, Oracle, etc.
• Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: Compensation systems (such as: Payscale/MarketPay, CompAnalyst, Workday, Syndio, etc.)
