ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create training materials to align with companygoals and distribution center activities
Develop and tailor training materials specific to DC operations, including safety regulations, equipment handling, inventory management, and workflow optimization.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to update training content based on operational changes, regulatory requirements or technological advancements.
Oversee training programs across multiple distribution centers
Perform in person and virtual training
Evaluate training effectiveness and revise content as necessary
Ensure training content is up to date and legally compliant
Track and maintain training records
Help drive consistency across distribution centers by ensuring procedures followed at all distribution centers
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and execute training courses
Maintain training records, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
Prepare reports on training activities and compliance for review
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and best practices related to warehouse operations environments
Develop and tailor materials specific to special projects
Partner with Regional Manager to onboard new Distribution Center Managers
Set up training plan of action to cover all information needed for onboarding and training
