The Supplier Quality & Supply Chain Excellence Manager is responsible for ensuring supplier delivery assurance, quality performance, and production readiness while mitigating supply chain risks. This role drives continuous improvement through supplier development, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and structured problem-solving to achieve operational excellence, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Quality & Performance Management

• Lead Supplier Quality Management activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance using KPIs related to quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness.
• Develop and execute Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) for underperforming suppliers.
• Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and performance reviews.

Delivery Assurance & Capacity Planning

• Ensure delivery assurance by collaborating with suppliers on production planning, capacity analysis, and constraint management.
• Perform capacity planning and validate supplier capability to meet short-term and long-term demand.
• Identify potential delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.

Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
