Rally House is a specialty retail store that carries all things local. We are looking for team members who are interested in a part?time leadership career and enjoy working for a growing organization, as we expand beyond 300 stores nationwide.

As a Team Sales Lead, youll energize the floor, coach teammates, and make the store feel like game day every day. Youll drive results by setting the tone, delivering exceptional service, and supporting fellow associates. Whether youre leading by example on the floor, coaching new hires, or taking charge of visual standards and daily priorities, youll play a critical role in keeping the store running smoothly and looking sharp.

In addition to leading, youll support store leadership with key operationsreturns, transfers, merchandising, and loss preventionwhile bringing a positive, enthusiastic attitude that rallies the entire team.

Responsibilities

• Staffing: shift management, leading others


• Customer service: ensuring the customer remains the top priority


• Delivery results: inventory control, selling strategies


• Merchandising: meets Rally House visual standards; floor moves and merchandising; organizing, game?planning and execution

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age


• 12 years of retail experience (training and coaching experience preferred)


• Availability to work 1020 hours per week, including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events


• Seeking a long?term position, aiming to advance in store leadership and expand career within store operations


• Physical ability: stand and walk; talk or hear; use hands to handle objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds

Salary: $14.00 $16.00 hourly
