You'll be a key player in driving process audits and making recommendations for process improvements, ensuring alignment and consistency across all stakeholder groups. This role is essential for those passionate about enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness within the finance planning and forecasting domain.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure updated process changes are well documented.Create or modify process documentation, administrator guides, and workflow diagrams to fill existing gaps.Communicate with shareholders and stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure alignment on documented processes.Monitor process audits, evaluate effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to process changes.Support Training Team by aligning training materials with the documented processes and facilitating knowledge transfer across key stakeholder groups.Must-Have Skills:Proficiency in business process documentation.Familiarity with process mapping and modelling techniques; Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study and interpret complex data; Ability to manage and perform multiple complex tasks with minimal supervisionStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.Excellent communication and presentation skills.ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
