Job Summary:
The Alarm and Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing security systems for residential and commercial clients. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, program, and test alarm systems, cameras, and related security equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing alarm systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Communicate with clients professionally and explain system functions and updates.
• Document work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with the service team and follow safety procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school certifications a plus.
• Prior experience in alarm installation, security systems, or electronics preferred.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple service calls.
