Site Cleaner

LaborMax Staffing is hiring dependable Site Cleaners to maintain cleanliness and organization on construction and job sites. This role is essential for keeping work areas safe and free of debris, supporting project efficiency, and helping job sites meet safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Clean up and remove debris, materials, and trash from construction sites.

Sweep, mop, and pressure wash surfaces as needed.

Assist with organizing tools and supplies.

Set up and break down temporary barriers, fencing, or signage.

Safely handle and dispose of construction waste.

Follow all site safety protocols and wear required PPE.

Perform other general labor and cleaning tasks as directed by the site supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous site or janitorial cleaning experience is a plus but not required Ability to work in outdoor and indoor environments in varying weather conditions Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks Must be punctual, dependable, and able to follow directions Strong attention to safety and detail Steel-toed boots and other PPE may be required
