What You'll Do:
As an Account Manager at Surface Experts, you'll be the face of our company, building relationships with clients in property management and facilities maintenance. You'll educate them about our unique services and work to earn their trust.
Daily Activities:
Meet with 10-15 contacts each day.
Conduct on-site visits, phone calls, schedule presentations and email follow-ups.
Engage with various industries like Property Management, Realtors, Hotels, Movers, and Construction Companies.
Building Customer Relationships:
Educate clients about our services and how we can meet their needs.
Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Earn trust through excellent service and build lasting relationships.
Explore and research new customer opportunities.
Sales Process:
Track client interactions from lead to Work Order using our CRM.
Report data accurately on a daily/weekly basis.
Develop and execute a sales strategy for your territory.
What We're Looking For:
Goal-oriented, self-starter with a positive attitude.
Highly organized and detail-oriented-you thrive on keeping things in order and staying on top of tasks.
Enjoy working with people and being part of a team.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Professional, caring, and service-minded.
Comfortable with a metrics-based, process-driven sales approach.
Bonus Points:
Knowledge of property management, real estate or construction industry.+
Experience with CRM tools.
Background in a base + commission role.
Compensation: $47,000.00 per year

Almost Everything!. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide incredibly fast service, while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in our support center and on jobsites. We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.
Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
