Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour (Based on Experience & Education)
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus
($250 paid at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and one year of employment)

In this role, you will help ensure our hospital environment is well-maintained so children, families, and staff can focus on healing and hope.

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and grounds
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address safety or maintenance issues
• Assist with facility improvements, painting, and basic carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work
• Maintain records of work performed and supplies used
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

What We Offer:

• Salary: $18.00 per hour, increasing based on experience and education
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus paid in four installments during your first year ($250 at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months)

What We're Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required
• Licensure: Valid Driver's License
• Experience: Six months of experience in building maintenance, facilities, or a related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be at least 20 years old to apply. Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required.
