We are looking for a Regulatory Operations Manager Remote / Telecommute for our client in San Francisco, CA.

Requirements/ Must Have

• 8+ years of experience in operations, management consulting, or project management.
• Proven ability to work in fast?paced, ambiguous, and entrepreneurial environments.
• Strong experience leading cross?functional initiatives across product, engineering, data science, legal, and policy teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Experience

• Scaling operational or compliance programs across multiple regions or jurisdictions.
• Managing complex, multi?stakeholder projects in matrixed organizations.
• Driving execution from strategy through delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Working in environments requiring rapid prioritization and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of scalable compliance programs across defined regulatory areas.
• Own compliance initiatives for assigned jurisdictions, maintaining project documentation and operational cadence.
• Coordinate and align cross?functional stakeholders to ensure initiatives remain on track.
• Identify strategic opportunities for regulatory risk reduction across jurisdictions.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Policy, and Legal teams to align roadmaps and deliver impact.
• Monitor and communicate program performance and outcomes to leadership.
• Support product assurance efforts with strong attention to detail and a global perspective.
• Drive operational efficiency initiatives and support strategic projects for the Operations team.

Should Have

• Experience working with regulatory or public policy frameworks.
• SQL or data analysis experience.
• Background in global or multi?market operations.
