We are seeking a skilled Machinist to set and operate machines to create precision machine parts according to specifications using milling machines. Responsibilities. Set up and operate milling machines to produce parts according to specifications. Measure, examine, or test completed units to check for defects and ensure conformance to specifications using precision instruments such as micrometers. Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines. Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process to ensure optimal performance. Essential Skills. Proficient in machine setup and operation, specifically milling machines. Experience with CNC operations. At least 2 years of experience in machine operation. Skilled in using precision instruments such as micrometers and calipers. Why Work Here?
