The Facilities Director provides the overall direction and supervision of the Facilities Department. This position oversees all aspects of a facilitys operations, ensuring its functionality, safety, and compliance with regulations, including managing staff, budgets, contractors, and long-term planning for maintenance, repairs, and improvements. It will further recommend and oversee projects necessary to maintain and improve buildings, mechanical/electrical systems, parking, equipment, vehicles and any other facility related area. The Facilities Director is responsible for all areas involving maintenance, environmental services and grounds in a manner that will protect the companys investment and support the operational objectives.
