The Deputy Chief Of Staff's responsibilities include overseeing Clinical Service Departments in the hospital serving as the lead physician during absence of the Chief Of Staff. The incumbent will work with the clinical service chiefs and related staff to improve processes to meet the performance measure goals and improve utilization management.
