Pay Rate/Range: $18-19/hour + 4% increase after completing a 60-day introductory period

Description: We're seeking dependable and motivated individuals for a Production role with a local manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include machine setup, operating hand tools, reading blueprints and measurements, performing heavy lifting, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Candidates must be adaptable and able to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Candidates should have mechanical and machine setup experience, the ability to perform spot welding, and be able to read blueprints and tape measurements. Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel, is required. Must be dependable and maintain a valid driver's license.

Job Type: Direct Hire

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00am-1:30pm; Overtime may be required on weekdays or weekends.
