**CNC Machinist**
**Location:** Wichita KS
**Shifts:**
+ **1st Shift**
+ **2nd Shift**
+ **Weekend Shift**
**Pay Rate: $18-23**
**Job Description:**
Seeking CNC Machinists to set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis Haas CNC Machines. Candidates should have aerospace or aircraft machine shop experience and proficiency with multi-axis CNC machines.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
+ Load workpieces, verify settings, and inspect first-run parts
+ Monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality standards
+ Meet production goals and follow safety protocols
**Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years of CNC machining experience (aerospace preferred)
+ Experience with multi-axis CNC machines required
+ Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
