Warehouse Support

Reports to:

Retail Supervisor

Job Purpose:

• To work in Retail warehouse to support and provide all needed materials for efficient processing and donations management.
• To fulfill Goodwill's mission statement.

Qualifications:

• GED or high school diploma or one year experience in a warehouse.

Organizational Responsibilities:

Work with individuals who have disabilities and or barriers to employment and participate in the achievement of their goals. Demonstrate a positive, role model. Display commitment and involvement towards Goodwill's mission.

MISSION STATEMENT

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Stock donations as needed at all processing stations for ongoing efficiency.
2. Sort Gaylord contents into bins as needed for Production.
3. Remove all trash from areas of the warehouse to maintain a safe and functional environment.
4. Breakdown boxes as needed for recycle.
5. Work with Door Attendants and unload materials from truck as needed.
6. Take process merchandise to sales floor.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Adhere to all safety policies and report violations.
2. Adhere to all ethical standards and confidentiality of records.
3. Support mission statement and activities of other departments. Support the accessibility of our services and facilities free of architectural, attitudinal, environment and financial, communication, transportation, employment and other barriers to persons with disabilities and barriers to employment.
4. Other duties as assigned.

Salary:

Hourly/non-exempt; Reviewed annually.
