Description

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms.
• Recognize and report arrhythmias and life-threatening changes to nursing staff or physicians immediately.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of rhythm strips.
• Perform daily electrode and lead wire checks with assigned nurses to ensure proper signal quality.
• Respond to alarms promptly and appropriately, ensuring patient safety.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other team members to ensure continuous patient care.
• Maintain and troubleshoot telemetry equipment as needed.
• Participate in continuing education and stay current on best practices in telemetry monitoring.
