Accounting Assistant/Inventory Control Specialist

The Accounting Assistant/Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for assisting the accounting department in completing basic bookkeeping, clerical, accounting tasks and performing inventory cycle counts. - Support duties related to accounts payable - Match all incoming invoices with the appropriate supporting documentation - Enter invoices into accounting software and set invoices for timely payment - Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues - Correspond with vendors and respond to all vendor inquiries - Provide supporting documentation for annual audits - Perform daily, weekly and monthly physical cycle counts in multiple stockrooms - Provide and update inventory control reports as required - Maintain efficient process for physical cycle counting for all inventory categories - Maintain count accuracy in ERP system - Dispose of obsolete inventory as directed - Maintain organization within each stockroom - Assist with various projects, as needed - Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit and Harlow Aerostructures
