Pay Rate/Range: $18-20/hr DOE

Description: A local aerospace manufacturer is currently seeking a skilled production worker to manufacture aviation and boat acrylic products. This role involves working with various tools and equipment including routers, drills, ovens, and autoclaves to produce high-quality parts. Duties include measuring, cutting, sanding, forming, and polishing acrylic, following blueprints and work orders, and ensuring all materials meet specifications. Attention to detail, safety, and efficiency are key in this role.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Experience with orbital sanding, material forming, and operating ovens/autoclaves a plus
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and work orders
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and handle physical tasks
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with acrylics or composites a plus

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00am-1:30pm with overtime as required
