+ 5+ years of related Epic Orders experience + Current Epic Certification in Orders + Experience in Epic implementation or enhancement processes + Experience in application design, workflows, build, troubleshooting, testing, and support. + Build and maintain clinical documentation templates and optimize user workflows based on clinician needs. + Analyze clinical workflows, propose and implement improvements using Epic tools and personalization features (e.g., Navigator, activity tabs) + Familiarity with Epic Hyperspace build environment, including master files, registries, profiles, templates, and user roles. + Experience with all aspects of testing lifecycle - unit, system, integrated testing + Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. + Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
+ Hospital or Clinic operations experience + Additional Epic Certifications + ITIL process knowledge + Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities + Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products + Can operate independently or with minimum supervision + Excellent Written and Communication Skills + Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
