Responsibilities

  • Manage and accurately record daily financial transactions (invoices, receipts, expenses).
  • Generate and present daily financial and cash flow reports; maintain the general ledger.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and collections.
  • Calculate wages, process payroll, and manage deductions for timely disbursement.
  • Maintain organized financial records and assist with tax preparation and compliance.
  • Supervise daily office operations and develop procedures to ensure productivity.
  • Assist with HR functions including onboarding, personnel records, and compliance programs (drug/alcohol and ITAR background checks).
  • Provide administrative support to team members and manage insurance policies and renewals.
  • Exercise discretion and confidentiality in all administrative and HR matters.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience and understanding of basic accounting principles (CPA certification a plus).
  • Proficiency in accounting software; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or Oracle preferred).
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
